Rates:  $95/night or $500 per week May 1 - October 31....2 night minimum; $110/night or $575 per week Nov. 1 - Feb 15 .... $15/day extra for 2nd boat.

Cable TV with premium channels and on-demand movies.  WI-Fi access also! 

Guest house located on road side in front of main house of the Lake St. Clair Guide Magazine.

Guest house faces the beautiful sunrises on the St. John's Marsh Wildlife Refuge.

Short walk down driveway to your docked boat.

400 square feet of space, completely updated and very nice!

Rear of Guest House includes outdoor patio chairs & table for four, charcoal & propane BBQs,

fish cleaning station with water, and electricity to charge up your bass boat.

Private setting with long driveway separating the houses to accommodate your vehicle and trailer. 

Hardwood floors, two large closets for storage.

Kitchen includes:  Stove, microwave, coffee pot, toaster, medium sized refrigerator with freezer,

all your cooking utensils, pots/pans, glassware, dishes, etc.  Don't feel like cooking?

There are many restaurants & bars within 5 miles along the waterfront, many accessible

by car or by boat!  2 Restaurants/bars are only a short walk away. 

Convenience store with great carry outs are 1/3 mile away.

Window air conditioner is available for those very few Michigan hot nights!

Brand new bunk bed with a full size bottom and twin on top with linens provided. 

Sofa pulls out to full size bed and one cot will be available for max. 4 people. 

Vaulted ceilings throughout with large ceiling fan.

Vaulted ceiling in bathroom also!  Towels & bar soaps provided.

Please bring your own shampoos.

Dockage right on Lake St. Clair with shore power.  Fish for bass right in our bay!

(Docks are to be used for convenience for your boat only-sorry, no fishing from docks)...

Marked/lighted channel to enter our small bay.....Channel depths can be as low as 3 feet depending on season...

We'll do our best to make your stay enjoyable.  This Guest House is best suited for fishermen who will be active all day on their boats...max. 4 people for optimum comfort thank you.  Sorry, no pets.

Watch for the American Flag at the Street when arriving!
