New Date for 2015 Sunsplash Festival on Lake St. Clair
Due to a scheduling conflict with the carnival company, the 2015 Sunsplash Festival date published in the 2015 Lake St. Clair Guide is now incorrect. The new date is July 23-26, 2015.
Due to a scheduling conflict with the carnival company, the 2015 Sunsplash Festival date published in the 2015 Lake St. Clair Guide is now incorrect. The The Sunsplash Festival date change also includes the Classic Car Show & CWA Watercross Racing. The Classic Car show new date will be July 24, 2015; racing and demos will be held all weekend.
This annual festival is hosted by the Town of Lakeshore on the Belle River, on the Southern shore of Lake St. Clair. Besides a weekend filled with activities for both adults and children, on Friday the 24th, the main street of town will shut down to host a classic car show with 500-700 cars on display throughout the day and evening, lovingly maintained with products from Detail Central or other retailers, and owned by people passionate about their vehicle’s history. This means that there is a whole weekend of events for all the family to enjoy!
Food, vendors, carnival, live music, watercross demos and racing can be enjoyed… and everything is a short walk from the Belle River Marina… make your boat well reservation early; slips sell out fast!
